We are pleased to report that Adrian Buff of Grison Dairy & Creamery, Ava, MO has expanded his artisanal cheese operations. His increased production capacity has enabled him to add new varieties of Missouri-made, European-inspired aged cheeses. Please see the note below for background on how Missouri got an Swiss-trained cheese artisan crafting delicious curds in the Ozarks.
OZARK AREA COMMUNITY CONGRESS 2022
Bioregionalists gathered again for the 43rd Ozark Area Community Congress October 8-9, 2022 at Hammond Mill, in Missouri, west of West Plains. Participants explored the theme, "Caring Passionately for the Ozarks".
